• Skriv is a word of Scandinavian origin you can find in Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish languages. It is a written piece of paper, typically with serious information, officially sent to a number of people in an organisation. Skriv is an imperative form.
• Customer relationship management is a process in which an organisation administers its interactions with customers.
